I want to say huge THANKS to the team for their dedication and hard work in planning, looking for good deals, executing and making their investors much richer. You would never believe that they made over 200% ROI in less than 2 years, but it is the reality.
They think out of the box and find every opportunity to bring us the best return.
I also would recommend attending their monthly meetups where they share their knowledge, lessons learned and also bring in very interesting speakers-veterans in multi-family investing: brokers, insurers, tax accountants, etc.

The organizers are very knowledgeable in real estate investing and eager to share their experiences and knowledge.
